Load times, interface issues and VC bugs

When swapping between chats I find that things take anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds to swap between two chats, servers or DMs which can be very frustrating when you're trying to hold multiple conversations at once. In DMs with people I can see the user list of the last server or group chat I was in and in servers with large amounts of people, theres a small gap above the 'send message' button (the arrow) which will open up a user profile as if the user list was open I've also found that I often get disconnected from calls but I can still hear the people I left despite not being in call and then not being able to reconnect due to being stuck in "RTC Connecting" mode meaning I can't ever join that Voice Call cause I'll get the same error. Finally, I often find myself or my partner not being able to hear each other without both leaving call and rejoining, it just seems like they went quiet cause you're still connected and can see the green ring around your profile picture but they cant hear you and you cant hear them.
