New discord role permissions idea.

Make it so we can make a role "only in" channel. Meaning lets say if we have like 30+ channels we can just make it so the role is only in a certain channel or a member/user.

Make a role persist on a user without using a bot to do that. If they leave and rejoin the role will stay on them
