[Feature Request] Medal ( or badge) System for servers

Besides from roles there's another thing that I think would be cool to introduce. A medal system, this would work just like the role system. Every server would be able to create a medal to give to it's members, the medals would appear next to the users name in the server and if you hover on it, the name of the medal would pop out (for example "Medal for Distinguished Service"). This would be a way to difference the user's instead of creating and separating them with roles. It would also be a great way to reward members and make the experience more immersive. This would be particularly useful in small servers where the owner doesn't want to create a ton of roles to difference the users. The medal could be just a little image and would look very cool and it would also serve to reward long time members of the server or for military themed servers, actually it could be useful for any role playing server. Every server could create their own medals and add them to their members. This could also work as a badge system. A maximum amount of medals or badges created can also be introduced, for example servers with nitro would be able to create more medals than regular servers.
