Allow dragging Stream Window by clicking anywhere on it

We received streaming, and the ability to pop out the player. Excellent.

The functionality is rapidly improving, and is butting out any reasons why Skype or Zoom would continue to win out. Great stuff, I commend you SO MUCH for all your work. Truly a great application.

The Suggestion: Enable moving the video player by click-dragging anywhere on it.

It should work similar to how Firefox's new popout player does. One of the key things of having a popout, is how easily you can manipulate it. "Throwing" the window anywhere you want, quickly, without having to click the top taskbar which is a) thinner than standard windows header bars, and b) low-contrast, and thus difficult to easily target. Both make working with the window a pain.

By extension, this would make it so you remove the horrendously annoying toggle-click between the grid and focus players. The grid should be something I deliberately access. It should be a button. Clicking anywhere on the stream should let me drag it instead, probably even if it isn't popped out in the first place.
