Discord Private Channel Display

Whenever I make a new channel or category for my server and try to make it private to roles, and I have many roles, I can't click the create button. I try to scroll down, it doesn't work. I try to reload discord or refit the window, it doesn't work. I am on computer display, and I can't figure out how to make channels. Anyone else with this issue or a way to fix this?
