Suggestion- Universal Positional Audio API

This is a feature that is available in a few other applications such as TS3 or Mumble, and allows for chat audio to be based on in game position relative to other players for added immersion and/or chat management. Adding this feature would greatly benefit large groups of gamers such as the Arma 3 and Minecraft communities. By creating a universal API that can be called by a game mod for any game, you will be creating a setup process that is much simpler than what is currently available.
