Adjust levels of everyone in a voice room at once

I find the the ability to adjust voice levels individually very useful, however sometimes a new user will join who needs boosted above the level of the others when I already have others maxed out. It would be nice to be able to drop the levels of everyone in a voice room while maintaining the ratio between users to allow for room to boost someone without going through one by one to turn users down.
