Voice is garbage

Randomly cuts out and doesn't work. Spent 5 hours trying to fix it then half an hour after fixing it, it breaks again. It makes the game go through my mic and when I check if my voice is working my mic isn't detected but others mic's in the call are but they're being detected through my mic test. Fix this as there is no clear way to fix it and discords tutorial does fucking nothing
