(Feature Request) Toggle timestamps 12hr/24hr with seconds

By default on iOS timestamps are displayed in 24 hrs. Discord please could you implement such feature where on Android/iOS/windows/Mac etc where we can toggle between 12hr/24hr timestamps with seconds.
