High CPU usage while video calling/streaming causing fps drops and stutters ingame.

I don't have a terrible ancient CPU but discord still takes at least 15-25% of my CPU causing fps drops and stutters overall, even in discord itself.

CPU name just in case someone is wondering: Intel i7-7700k

  Same issue but I use FX 6300 cpu. I thought it was this type of processor causing it but I guess not. I wonder why not everyone has this issue...
