OLED Dark/Hex customisation

Something that'd be really nice to see for the OLED monitor users is a true OLED Dark theme. Something like such:

^ I just threw that together in the Chrome console. It works, but I have to edit it every time the page is refreshed.

Though, while I was editing it together, I had a thought that it would be a cool addition to add full hex customisation, either openly or as an option hidden under something like dev mode. It would pretty much solve everyone's wishes for their exact theme colors and means that users wouldn't have to switch to third party applications such as Discord+ to edit it.
