Continuation of Nitro Badge Evolving After Server Deletion

It is obvious that the Nitro badge and all its evolutions are tied to one and only server (or many if you boosted all of them at the same time). From the moment you choose to transfer that boost to another server, your progress is gone because well... you stopped showing that support and dedication towards that single server - fair point.

But, what should be done if the opposite happens? I mean, what should be done to the badge's evolution if the owner of the server decides to bail on all its supporters?

I assume that since the server is deleted then the badge gets reset back to its original form, you start from zero and all that mumbo jumbo. However, since it's an action that you can't control, I believe there should be a workaround.

Imagine you boosted a server and it deleted instantly after years of you supporting it. Personally, I'd feel really betrayed and all the progress and money I had put into the badge would feel like a waste.

For this, ladies and gentlemen, I suggest that we should have the ability to transfer our boosts without losing our progress if the server we are supporting gets deleted. To make it a bit more fair we could be given a specific period of time (24 or 48 hours) to transfer it otherwise the boost will be gone... forever.
