Suppress Incoming Notifications From Blocked Users

I understand that this has been requested before, and recall hearing that it'd require a full overhaul of the notification system, but I just wanted to add another voice to the call in hopes we'll be listened to.

It seems ridiculous that there is no way of removing notifications from one toxic person without having to silence and entire channel and blocking out a whole group of people.

I don't even mind the [1 Blocked Message] boxes, I can ignore those, but I don't want to be constantly reminded that the one person I hate in my social circle is spamming memes in a channel I use to talk to people I actually do like.
