Prioritizing members with a certain role on the member list without putting them under a new section

There is a person who's username/nickname starts with "Z", and a person who's username/nickname starts with "A". Z has a role, and A does not. The sever owner feels that the role Z has shouldn't have it's own section, but they still want Z to be sorted above A due to it.

I don't think there's a way to do something like this in Discord currently without changing Z and or A's nickname.

I don't want this to be the default, it should be an option for individual roles. Members with that kind of role would be sorted above all members that didn't have a higher one with the same property.
