Unable to Change Bot Avatar Through Web Interface

There is an issue uploading a bot's picture to the web interface. Whenever you submit an image, the image just be comes one solid colour. I have tested with both .jpg and .png files, as well as uploading images that are exactly 1024x1024 in both formats.

I was able to successfully change the avatar through the API, but uploading through the web interface is broken.

I have tested on multiple different browsers, including both Chrome (latest) and Firefox (latest).

I think it's just a minor bug, but I just wanted to point it out.
