I can't change other users volume on my smartphone anymore

Before this update, I was able to enter a group chat, select another member of this group chat and silence they or change their microfone volume (https://prnt.sc/ta2zzn), but now I just can't do that. Now to do that, I need to go the server's page (where it shows all the group chats, not just which i'm) (https://prnt.sc/ta2zwa), select and hold their tiny username for some seconds, so I can change their volume. Please change this. Sorry if I didn't right this post right, english is not my first language.

  YES, THIS. This is especially important for things like music bots, which blast SO LOUD you can't hear anything else
