Setting speaker as the default voice call option

At the moment every time i enter a voice room i need to press the speaker button and choose .between speaker and phone.who in the world use phone option for voice calls??? What i want is that speaker would be the default not the phone option.thanks in advance.

  Its very uncomfortable to change speaker every time

  I only use speaker mode so it's very inconvenient to me in the least
