In regards to the new developer policy

The new developer policy (the human readable version) states:

[You may not] disclose any user’s Discord Data without their specific,
informed consent;

Does this include in response to legal requests? Does "by installing this bot you agree to our privacy policy" suffice as "informed consent"? It obviously isn't informed. No one reads that shit.

Also does asking for donations to keep the bot running qualify as advertising?
