Show dialog before entering Voice channels

It's embarrassing in entering voice channle by mistake.

Presently, we can enter voice channel with one-clicking. While this is convenient, can easily enter voice channels unintentionally due to misclicks and other factors.

Not only is it very embarrassing if you join the site unprepared(for example your mother stands your side), but it can also lead to potential security incidents.

Therefore, I want a feature: confirming dialog before entering Voice channel. And I hope that this feature is not "each-server settings," and can set enable/disable depending on the user's settings.
