spoilering photos

i had to upload my issue as a video, but basically, when you try and spoiler something for accessibility reasons- flashing lights in the example here- it doesn't stop the issue from occurring. is it possible to maybe work on these spoilers? i think this goes in the feedback section, but this also might be posting to the "i need help" section, so if i have this in the wrong place, let me know.  similar things happen with eyestrain photos.
