Bot Invite Permission
Create a permission that allows a user to invite bots without granting manage server, this would allow some community servers that want to let Moderators invite bots, etc. Also it's not entirely clear to most people that manage server let's someone invite bots.

I would disagree, it's pretty verbose:
Inviting a bot comes with much overhead, administrator permissions, etc. If the person with the invite bot flag owned the bot and the bot was then invited as an admin with the 8 flag, the bot would have more permissions than the person inviting it – and you can see where the problem lies. People would get confused by the permission and a lot of servers would have many issues because of it.
