it would be great if there was an option to remove the permission for bots to use tts of their own (not tts that comes with the discord system). I disabled tts in my server because trolls kept on spamming it, but because I added a new bot in that has many other uses other than just tts, people in the server have been using the bot's tts instead to spam. Therefore, an option to remove tts permissions for all bots that do have it as a function would be great.

  If a bot has its own custom Text To Speech implementation, there isn't anything Discord can do about that. You can deny its permission to speak in voice channels, or contact the bot developers and ask for a way to disable the specific command, but other than that, there's nothing that can be done.
