Profile Banner Restriction - A Little Too High

The Profile Banners are usable by users that have an ongoing Discord Nitro subscription (not Classic). This is a restriction that I disagree with - here's why.

This feature is only usable by Nitro users, not Classic users. This is too high of a restriction, and users might not want to invest in a plan that's pretty heavy. In shorter terms, spend $5 more for a banner.

Profile Banners should be allowed for everyone, with or without Nitro. However, the only group of users who shouldn't have access to this feature is first-time Nitro users (including first-time Classic users). Despite Nitro Classic being Classic, it is a lighter plan with fewer perks than Nitro - adding the usage of Profile Banners still keeps it light.

Now, GIF banners should only be usable by users with ongoing Nitro or Classic subscriptions. Users whose subscriptions have expired can only use regular images as banners.

Either everyone gets a PNG banner, or classic users get the PNG banner; anything above gets a gif banner. I dont think most people wanna spend 10 usd a month for a banner, but 5 usd for a package that includes a png banner seems like a fine deal to me :')
