Support passed the buck, no response in 2+ weeks
Anyone experience Discord support 'escalating' to the next team, then nobody picks up your ticket and it just rots?
Disappointing to say the least.

I was told that my ticket is escalating to the team, and after two weeks, have still not received anything. Was really wanting my hacked account back but hope is down since haven’t received. Who was responding to your ticket?
