Links to user accounts

I know the title is pretty self-explanatory, but I feel it would be decently easy (based on my limited understanding of web development) to simply create a feature where you could use the url "https://users.discord.com/[Discord Account ID here]" or "https://discord.com/users/[Discord Account ID here]" to view an account's profile card. This would make it *really* easy to link your discord on a bio page (like Carrd or Github Pages) without having to have it as plain text, as not having it can make it more difficult to use it for such purposes.
