Updating libraries

A number of bot developers have mentioned they are unable to have bots interact with threads due to libraries for their bots being incompatible with them.  

Threads as an idea are innovative and long overdue, but priority should now go to making sure that the libraries that various bot developers use are compatible with them so they can be used.

  Discord is not responsible for managing the libraries, it is the community that creates and maintains them, discord only takes care of the API (which is up to date, the libraries must be updated to interact with it. the latter)
