Extra formatting options for Timestamps

Currently only a limited number of datetime formats are supported when using the new timestamp feature - Sometimes it would be useful to just be able to link the day, the name of the day, the raw timestamp, or any combination of datetime parts.

The suggestion would be to extend the formatting options to be similar to something like the datetime formatting in c# - see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/standard/base-types/custom-date-and-time-format-strings#day-d-format-specifier

  Specifically, I'm looking for :w and :W formats.
  
  :w = Abbreviated weekday name (Thu)
  :W = Full weekday name (Thursday)
  
  I love the other options, but due to people in far off timezones, I cannot use relative timestamps to show only time grouped by days because suddenly 10pm turns into 2am (which is the next day to them).  I want to display Day & Time w/o a date being shown (for weekly schedules).
