YouTube Premium offer from Nitro only shows the general 1 month YouTube Premium offer.
My account seems to fit all of the requirements for redeeming this offer, however, once the code is entered, an offer for 1 month is shown, which is the standard offer advertised by YouTube, meaning the code wasn't "registered".
This seems to be a fairly common issue looking at Twitter replies to the posts as well as YouTube Help Community.

Hello Mario.
Suddenly Youtube Premium 3-months trial isn't for everyone! Yesterday I contact Youtube Paid Products support and an agent told me that is not for every country. I think, to accept the offer, It needs , in your country, the Youtube Premium to be 12.99+ the money to subscribe! If you think that you are in a country that has the offer and you don't see the 3-months trial, please contact the Youtube Paid Products support here -> https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7071292?hl=en0 -
Oh, that's interesting. In my country, YouTube premium is 8.49 Euro. I guess that explains it, tho it is a very interesting and weird decision they made.
