Why my account be banned?

I use my account normally, never sent much message to anyone, never did anything wrongly. Just an email to told me : Your account be banned. No detail reason, so that i even don't know what happen to my account until now!

Is it be hacked or other reason, i don't know!

I wrote 2 emails to ask what happen, but no answer until now.

I have participated in many activities on the discord channel, and these activities need to be checked in every day. Now they have to be interrupted with no reason.

I hope the staff can help check my account and whether it can be restored. If it doesn't work, please at least tell me what I have violated.
