HUGE BUG WITH ROLES! You should read this

I dont understand how to write it to you because my English is not 100% but I will try my best.
I put pictures to show you better what I mean to.

I made my role "VERIFY" to see all channels for example.
And now a role "MUTED" that being ABOVE verify role and who has it CANT SEE ANY CHANNELS except 2 I defined.

But what happend is that when someome with a role VERIFY gets punish and MEE6 for example gives him MUTED role he still SEE ALL CHANNELS! and the channels I defined for MUTED ONLY!

Now I know its not suppose to be like that! I am working with discord for years.
Why someome with a starter role gets other role above the starter that prevent him from seeing some channels CAN STILL SEE THEM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
