Don't throw away location hash for automatic link embeds

Many sites store information about the current page in the hash. Maybe you even just want to link to a specific part of a page using an anchor. In both cases, pasting the link into a message works fine, as long as you click the link itself. If the page has OpenGraph information though, the automatic link embed will instead link to the same URL, but without the hash, which could be a *completely* different page from the one you intended to link.

Why does the hash get dropped from the URL in these embeds? As it is right now, a message can have two different linked pages, one the user intended and one that could possibly be a completely different one - which is extremely confusing.
