Discord moderation team refusing to look at my tickets and emails for my wrongfully disabled account.

    My Discord account was disabled for what was described as "sending malicious links or files to individuals." I've had my account for well over 5 years. I have never once actively gone out of my way to send such things to people, and I've always been cautious about how I treat others online and what links or files I do send to others, because I would never want someone to do the same for me. From my understanding, I was wrongfully mass reported by someone abusing the report system to get my account taken down for something very lighthearted. I believe what could have been reported was a fake Nitro embed link that leads to Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" on Youtube, and Discord's moderation bots detected it as something genuinely malicious and unsafe. I checked beforehand with my friends if this link was actually okay to send, and we made sure that it wasn't something dangerous. 

Recently, I've sent in approximately 8 inquiries with 5 different methods: the regular support ticket, the usual account appeal, the abuse email, social media, and with a separate email contacting them. I sent 3 emails recently at various different times, and I got an automated response on all 3 at the EXACT SAME TIME from a bot. I'm assuming that Discord sweeps through any tickets they do not get to within a certain timeframe with some bot so they don't have to deal with things. It's infuriating trying to get in touch with an actual human being. Discord refuses to do their job and refuses to do it right, leading to so many of our accounts being wrongfully taken away for trivial, nonsensical garbage. 

Get your act together, Discord. You're fortunate that your business hasn't been stripped down to nothing because you have no real competitors against you. But maybe once consider getting actual moderators for your team to fix up your mistakes. I shouldn't have to go extreme lengths to attempt to get a second of your time to consider my issue. I am fighting to have my cherished account back, with over 5 years worth of conversations and memories, when it isn't even my fault that I am being put through this situation. You have countless numbers of other people telling you guys the exact same thing: their account gets wrongfully disabled and their attempts to get in touch are futile. It is entirely on you and your pathetic excuse for a moderation team and not us for trying.
