Reply to messages in other channels

Reply's were a fantastic feature, but for big servers where they have channels like Art gallery/art discussion and you want to discuss stuff, using the reply feature in another channel would be super coinvent. You can copy message links but those make channels really cluttered and don't preview what the person is replying to (if its text) and overall just look worse.
