Sticker suggestions in DMs and under welcome messages

Hello and thanks for taking feedback! And pardons if this is an existing topic; I tried looking but couldn't find any.

I've been trying to disable automatic sticker suggestions for myself everywhere, as I strongly dislike them. I have successfully disabled them from showing up for me as I type, and that is great. However, I do still see stickers, prompting me to "wave to say hi", in at least two cases:

- starting a new DM with someone

- just now I also found sticker suggestions have been placed under welcome messages (those "Whoooosh [name] just slid into the server!" messages which you can enable or disable for servers, no bots involved) in our work Discord, which I admin, and I cannot seem to turn them off.

I would hope to be able to control my own DMs, and as a server admin, I wish I could also have a say in where stickers pop up in my servers.

To clarify, I have not seen the problem in our big, community-facing public server, only this little private "internal" one. In our private server, too, though, just like I want to be able to curtail the use of emoji reactions on messages, I'd rather not have sticker suggestions show up uninvited, so I definitely think this should be a setting for admins/mods to adjust.
