Hacked account, been a month, they won't even respond to a question.
My son was messing around on my computer and downloaded something that stole all my tokens, passwords, emails and other stuff. Even credit card details. Though Discord support seems to not care about anyone and sees every person who uses Discord as a money farm. How a money farm? Selling a lot of the users info and also them buying Nitro. Can anyone help? I have had two tickets opened and they both say "Thanks for reaching out to us! I just wanted to let you know that I'll be escalating this ticket to a team member to look into further. I genuinely apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime and will keep you updated here as soon as I hear back!". The two team members that seriously need to step up their game is "John Nico" and "IvyM". What do I do next?

Hey sorry to hear, but unfortunately im also looking for help. Im in the exact problem and ive been waiting months for reply back. I don't think it helps summiting for tickets, because ive done that like 5 times. But I do know that they do actually recover the account since my friend got bis account back
