    Is the Status of the ticket still "open"?
    You should probably send the ticket with a Discord account so you can see the condition of the ticket.

    In order for the Discord Support to take care of your case seriously:

    You need to have a Discord Account that is attached to the same email as the one that used to be attached to the hacked account.

    Now you need to use that account to send the ticket and all the details and proof of your legitimacy as an original owner like emails you've been getting from Discord, or even your original Discord ID to help them track the account or Payment Receipts. 

    Explain what happened to them, and in a few hours they should give you a reply that isn't just "escalating this to a team member bla bla"

    In the other hand, as a secondary plan, you can use DiscordChatExporter, ask your closest friends to export all the DM history they had with you into an HTML or a .txt file.

    That way despite not getting your account back, you can still get all your precious DMs.

    Thank you so much for the explanation! But if I create a new account with that email won't it be difficult for them to then associate with my previous account on top of that one?

    Also the DMs is not what I'm most worried about, my account was the owner of two important servers to me and the new account still has some accounts linked to it like Steam and Spotify so it just feels weird having some random guy have my information displayed like that for me
