Verify new Mail with Link or Code on Mail-Change

It will be nice if it is possible to make a security feature where you have to verify your new mail address with a verify link or a verify code that will be sent to your old mail address and if 2 Factor Authentication is enabled this code has to be used too. I see a lot of feedbacks here with the titel "Account hacked" and some friends of me had the same problem. I think this feature will make Discord more secure against account hacking.
