Get better support

The current customer support on discord is very bad and slow. They arent really helpful or anything. One of my friends has had his old account stolen and when he reported to support with proper evidence that he was the owner and that it was stolen nothing useful was done to help him and he still hasnt recovered the account. I've seen multiple people complain about the bad support and slow responses and that is a pretty big issue.
