RTC Connecting and No Route Error on all voice channels

I've been getting the RTC connecting and no route error for a while now. I tried flushing DNS and assigning new IP for my computer. QoS is off and my microphone itself if working. I recently installed a new smart security for my computer so I uninstalled it. I let Discord in through the Windows Firewall. Not sure what is happening, it didn't happen to me until this last few weeks update. I tested on my mobile app. So I still get the error on mobile if I'm on wifi. However, it works only when I am on mobile data. Did this happen to anyone else? How did you resolve it? Is the problem with my ISP or my computer settings?
