Alert by email when adding a new device to our account

Hello to the discord team I hope that my idea will go throught the process and will help to develop this beautifull app.

The idea came from others platform that do similar things to prevent and help to see if someone try to steal someone account. Like twitch, steam, uplay and many more does.

An addition to the system would be to send an email if you login with:
- from a new computer
- from a new ip
- add a device to the account

Then should be sent an email with the following details:
- timestamp of login acces
- Location
- Device OS used (android, windows, linux, mac, browser)
- IP address
