Help...Is this a nitro scam?

I got a dm from a bot named Phoenix+ #3715. It said that I won 1 month nitro, all I had to do was add the bot to my server (which I dont have) and to wait an hour. It gave me options to add bot to my server or join support server. What do I do?

  They tried to do the same, don't accept.
