Nitro subscription will be cancelled if Discord implements NFTs + crypto

I am one out of many Discord users who are very unhappy with the news that Discord plans to integrate NFTs and cryptocurrencies into its system, and will 100% cancel my Nitro subscription (as well as extra server boosts) if Discord decides to move forward with these changes despite user feedback.

Shortly put, crypto in any form is terrible for the environment. It also promotes money laundering and scams, the latter of which is already very prevalent on Discord. We as a userbase urge you, Discord, to reconsider and never even remotely touch NFTs or cryptocurrencies again.

  Cancel it now while writing up a reason to let them know now before they make any official statements, renew once they provide an official statement that they are not implementing it.
