Server list not really accessible with Microsoft Narrator

Hi there,

I'm testing some accessibility features for a friend who's visually impaired and figured that the server list on the Windows app, using Microsoft Narrator, isn't that accessible: it describes the type of list as "Tree" and describes the servers in that list as just an "Image" instead of reading their names.

I've tested on Android as well using Google TalkBack, which does work fine.

Can you guys work on that? Also, can you add alternative text for images as well?

  Sometimes I use discord with narrator and I've never experienced anything like this.
  I guess it's happening because the strange scan mode has been turned on.
  Try deactivating it using Narrator + spacebar, it should solve it.
