Discord Bot Embed Attachment AccessDenied

I have a problem with my Discord Bot that attaches an image into an embed. When the bot posts it, the attachment sometimes does not show. It says

<Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access denied.</Message> <Details>Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object.</Details>

If you do ctrl + R or restart discord, it shows it fine again.

I feel like someone is going wrong in the cache flow in discord or something?
Anyone that has information on this? knows what it is or how it can be fixed? Or does this require a discord fix or something?
