    my account was literally disabled for a false reason and discord won't give a single damn to respond, it's been 10 days or so for me, is my account gonna get deleted? if it does then I am going to lose my bloody mind

    Discord couldnt give a damn. And I have lost my mind when I saw what Trust and Safety did to my account. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.

    Although it's only been 5 days since my account was disabled for NO REASON whatsoever, they keep marking my requests as "solved" just a couple of minutes after they were created, I don't even get automated messages from the bots, it's just complete radio silence. Again, I haven't even received a reason for why my account was disabled, no email message, no nothing. I pinged them on Twitter, but nothing came out of it. This is probably the worst experience with tech support I've ever had.

    Just got a response to my first ticket I created a week ago. ******* Clyde sent me a cliched message saying I violated the terms of service blah blah blah, we will not restore your account. Exactly what rule did I break, discord? Because I am pretty certain that I didn't break any rule and got my account disabled from your stupid anti-scam/spam algorithms that do nothing against actual scammers or bot accounts. And if I did violate some rule which you refuse to specify, why was my account only disabled but not banned? I wonder if other people who had to wait much longer for a response got a similar message from discord that basically says, "F you, we're not reinstating your account and we won't tell you what you did, have a nice day, pleb."

    Discord is clearly going downhill. They are getting woke and their customer service is reflecting their corporate culture.

    I am awaiting a response too it has been a week as of earlier today, 3 years of my life are on that account like, and im going to lose it if they dont respond

    They finally did something about it when I contacted them on facebook. Twitter they just ignored me. Really not impressed with their customer service though since they restored my account but after having me wait months they didnt reinstate my nitro that expired with how long they took.

    They have yet to reply if they can restore my friends and other things back on my account. Discords customer service is awful right now.

    It took me months to get a response to get my account fixed. They just kept the ticket open but never replied to it.

    I reached out to their Facebook and Twitter DM for support because, clearly, people on the ticketing side may not even work responsibly. 

    Just so everyone's clear, I lost 3 months of Discord Nitro Premium. They never refunded me for the time I lost waiting for their support even though three months of paid nitro elapsed while waiting for them.

    Discord doesn't deserve a penny on Nitro unless they fix their customer service. This is shameful.

    apparently when you call their HQ, there’s only bots answering, or they just hang up on u!! i recently got my account disabled for being underage which i’m not and i sent 3 tickets showing proof of my ID, and yet no reply besides from the clyde bot.. i have an ongoing nitro subscription on that account too🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️, and yet on twitter and facebook i got no response, this rly sucks

    Got my account disabled for supposedly spamming or fraudulent activity which I didn't do anything wrong see they are very unprofessional and I've sent them a message 2 days ago haven't gotten a damn word back from them they let people who really do bad things roam free while people like me and a few others here getting banned for no reason

    Over 3 months of waiting the only reason anything was resolved was I escalated by contacting their Facebook group and someone inside that group escalated my ticket to another department to get it resolved. Once that happened I got my account back within a couple hours, that said they made me open another ticket to get the refund for my Nitro and they never refunded me the lost 3 months of Nitro that they cost me with not actually supporting the ticket.

    Personally, I think Discord may have a bunch of people working from home who pretend to action tickets by updating the status but not actually supporting the tickets properly. 80% of the time you get generic responses that ignore what you say, it's like talking to a wall with no escalation.

    hello my account has been disabled this is the second day, when will they respond to me?? ive seen everyone saying they didn't or smthn with no updates, will my account get deleted after 14 days even if they haven't responded? this is just bs all my friends are added how can i ever talk to them again

    Still doesn't mean the support doesn't suck, it still does!!!!

    HEY DISCORD, it's been over 2 weeks since my account had been falsely disabled with proofs. And still no actual response even after contacting everywhere possible and making appeals. Why's that? I'll probably loose my account soon! Discord Support has one job, which they can't do properly.

    i asked the discord support to re-enable my disabled account and remove my phone number off it like 4 months ago and i still havent gotten a response yet… discord support is the worst support ive ever seen, somehow even worse than the roblox support

    Going through the same issue.

    First time i got banned for being on a server where someone did something, they did not release my account.

    Second time they accused me of breaking ToS, after waiting approx, 1 month, without further explaination. (Copy & pasted the “account wont be reinstated”)

    This is the third time, got 2 emails at the same time in the middle of the night saying i've been disabled.
    This ticket has now been awaiting support for 10 days and last activity was a few hours after initial opening.

    I suspect that if they answer at all, they are once againgoing to copy paste “account wont be reinstated”

    To think this problem has been in place for years is vile.

    (i'll come back here to update regardless of how it goes, good or bad or if they dont answer at all)

    I have been waiting for over 9 days for them to do something about my hacked account they have yet to even reply to the ticket. Totally unacceptable and I am a Nitro Subscriber.

    Same thing happened to me, 10+ mails and 0 answer. Just contacted Discord via Twitter today but don't really have hope anymore...
