Pinned messages

I wanted to suggest that every time there is a new pinned message on a channel, the channel gets blocked, like the first time you've entered a +18 channel, showing the pinned messages right on your face, and then only releasing the folk after reading and clicking ok.

It's annoying, i.e, people asking the same questions over and over because they are too lazy to click a button, or whatever the reason.

I believe this would help improve the mood and not interrupt conversations just because some people are in a hurry or can't read.
