Custom message types for bots

So my idea is to add a few more custom message types for bots to use as well as support to change the type parameter in the message's JSON(for refrence see the API page for the type paremeter ) and an `allow message type change` as an permission for them I think we can use some more fancy ways to make bots output stuff that are not just silly embeds and/or are just using the application command type
