Suddenly I can not upload any screen shots or photos using the+ .

Suddenly I can not upload any screen shots or photos using the + in the message box. When I do that it appears as an attachment that nobody on any channel or sever can see. I can either modify the attachment or delete it and that's it.

I have a really nice PC running windows 10 64bit home and have had no problems with Discord until about 5 or so days ago when I tried to upload a funny pic I found and it uploaded as an attachment. I didn't think about it at the time being busy playing a online game with friends. I have made NO changes in the Discord settings or any changes to Windows that would cause this to happen. I can still do things like message, stream video and voice and still post an url from YouTube or other websites.

Would someone Please help get this problem resolved.
