Keybinds option

Hey hey Discord community!

I mentioned one annoying thing about Discord Keybinds. When one press the keybind, Discord doesnt prevent those keys from going to the window where they were pressed.

For example, if I set keybind on "Ctrl+Shift+X", then "X" will be sent to the active window, I believe nobody dont mean to input something when pressing discord hotkey.

It would be nice if developers can add something like a toggle about this to let the use decide whether he need event propagination or not :)
