Several QOL Defaults (Server-side)

Categories:
・Add a "Load as Collapsed" option should appear collapsed whenever someone reloads the application and on server-join.
・Add a Category Description on hover; appearance being similar to the new role badges hover. Additionally a User Setting to disable Category Hovers.
・An option to Disable Channel activity peaking (when you can see a chat channel because of a post, even in a collapsed category) which then bolds the category like it would have done to the channel. Server default + User override.

Channels:
・Add a "Load from Top" option, so each time that channel is opened the user is viewing the top. Excellent for #Welcome, #Rules and similar.
・Surely this has been requested ad infinitum.. Allow capital letters and no dashes in channel names.
・A per channel User Setting of "Ping on Post" for people who want to be alerted anytime something is posted in that channel; acting like an @role ping.

Roles:
・Server Setting to restrict access/ability despite lower roles granting. "Block lower-role inherited traits = True/False"
・Role Categories, same as channel categories, but in the roles menu for easier management and the ability to drag entire categories at once.

Emojis:
・Lastly; similar to above adding category-style management for emojis.
